3. Outer diameter size: The outer diameter of the national standard flange of 10 kg is slightly smaller than that of the national standard flange of 16 kg.

4. Screw hole size: The size of the screw hole of the national standard flange of 10 kg is different from that of the national standard flange of 16 kg.

The common flange material is low carbon steel. Kilogram refers to the pressure that the flange can withstand when welded on the pipeline, that is, the nominal pressure. First determine the pipeline pressure, and then determine the bearing pressure of the flange according to the pipeline pressure. Generally, the higher the pressure, the thicker the flange and the larger the outer diameter. 16 kg can be used to block 160 kg of pipelines, but 10 kg cannot be used to block 16 kg.
